Millionaire Realty CONTINUED GOOD SALES IN FY 2014-2015

New Delhi: After tremendous sales in the first quarter of the financial year 2014-15, it seems like Millionaire Realty has succeeded in replicating its success of Q4 of FY 2013-14. In fact, they achieved their sales target for Q1 of FY 2014-15 well in advance. What a great start to this year, indeed!
They were able to pick up good sales in Godrej projects, particularly in Godrej Central, Godrej Oasis and Godrej Summit. Mr. Chintwender Singh, founder and managing director of “Millionaire Realty”, owed this success to its hard-working team, exclaiming, “I am highly fortunate to have such a hard-working and dedicated team working with me!”.
Millionaire Realty has now gained ample experience in real estate and is more confident than ever before. Timely knowledge and well-in time marketing of upcoming projects played a key role in its success. Mr. Singh also appreciated and acknowledged the huge support of developers like Godrej, Tata etc.
He displayed a keen interest in tying up with new upcoming projects which include projects by Godrej in Gurgaon (Sector-79 & 89), Noida and Okhla (Delhi); Mahindra Life Spaces in Sector-59, Gurgaon & Andheri Mumbai and Tata’s new project in Andheri, Mumbai . He was also heard to be eagerly waiting for New phase in Godrej Platinum to open up. They are also planning to tap more projects of other developers like Lodha, Hira Nandani, Raheja, Wadhwa, Runwal, L&T, Rustom Zee etc.
On the plans for the next quarter, Mr. Singh stated, “Our target for the next quarter is to achieve the sale value equal to the current quarter.” About plans for future, he mentioned, “We have expansion plans for last quarter of FY 2014-15. Expansion is principally to ease the work pressure on top management and augment sales.”
On the present-day scenario of real estate, he said, “With the new Modi-led Government coming to power, people’s sentiments have improved and their trust on real estate seems to be coming back.”

New Delhi: Millionaire Realty, one of the top real estate management company based in New Delhi hosted their success party today in celebration of achieving the sales target for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2013-14. It was a low-key affair and rather private with only few company employees and close family members and friends being present.
Millionaire realty was established in 2011 with one of its subsidiary unit “Synergy Infracon”. Although, a newly established company, it has already carved a niche for itself in the real estate business. Millionaire has expertise in providing interior designing & Real estate project management services. Be it project designing, project construction, marketing or sales, they provide all turnkey solutions for real estate projects, small houses, offices, villas etc.
The company believes in providing unique solutions for all the property related queries of its customers. Here, the customer demands and needs take top priority over any other matter. They believe in providing continued services to its customers even after sales. As a result of this philosophy, the customers & clients remain fully satisfied.
Speaking on the current real estate scenario, Chintwender Singh Founder and managing director of “Millionaire Realty” stated, “The current real estate scenario is not very good for real estate investors & home seekers. Its growing at a languid pace. As compared to 2010-2011, when more and more people were inclined towards investment in realty sector, there has been a downtrend in the current market.”
He said that the sales were slow in current financial year & especially in quarter 2 & 3 of FY 13-14. The sales numbers were not up to the mark in Quarter 3 but with the changed strategy they had done good business in the fourth quarter. They managed to achieve a good number of sales in quarter-4. They owed this success to their hard work, determination and commitment. He also acknowledged the efforts and support of the developers like Tata Housing, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespaces & others. A good sale was recorded from Western India like Mumbai, Pune.
He was quick to mention that the market was especially miserable in Delhi and Gurgaon where prices are exorbitantly high as compared to the development and infrastructure. The market is comparatively better in Mumbai where the redevelopment projects in posh areas are doing quite good. The recently launched projects in Mumbai like Tata Gateway Towers, Godrej Central, Godrej Sky are doing good sales. He expected similar redevelopment projects to come up in Delhi in the financial year 2014-15. “This would help in picking up sales in North India too”, He said.
He said that the Delhi Government is planning to open redevelopment projects in public private partnership in Delhi. These redevelopment projects would help real estate market in the main & the outer areas of Delhi. He also indicated that with inclusion of more areas of Delhi, specifically outer Delhi areas would boost the realty market. He also mentioned the fact that Today, the real estate investors are majorly Non resident Indians.
